I get it. Dealing with emotional and mental health struggles can be incredibly difficult. It can also be challenging to find a therapist and resources that feel like a good fit for you and your needs. But I want you to know that there are actually a lot of really great books and tools that can provide helpful insights for mental health struggles and help you navigate your path towards recovery.
