I specialize in the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders (including Social Anxiety, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Agoraphobia), perfectionism and Imposter Syndrome. I use evidence-based therapies, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure Therapy/Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), and integrate elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

There I received extensive training in evidence-based treatments with adults, children and adolescents. I completed my clinical psychology pre-doctoral internship at McLean Hospital, Harvard Medical School, where I received intensive training and experience in CBT, DBT and ACT in individuals with mood, anxiety and personality disorders.
